    Default Competition BBQ Test Run – Operation Pork

    I had a careering job over the weekend and really focused on my pork butt and ribs for an up incoming KCBS comp next month. So what we have below is my competition style pork butt and some nice ribs just before the glaze is set all the way.

    PURDY! The thing about competition bbq that irks me is that you pretty much have to "sauce it". But, looks like you nailed it!

    Yea me to so I can go back and look at what I had to study before the comp.
