    The spares---those that survived the initial grazing came out awesome!

    I cleaned up the trimmings, rubbed them and let them ride in the drum for an hour and half before I pulled them, coated them with some sauce, glazed them up on the grill and served them as Grill Candy. The crowd went wild and the candy was g-o-n-e. Can't believe I used to toss that stuff!!!
