    Love this stuff fresh from the heat ... cool just long enough to burn the crap outta your mouth (and a cold beer chiller afterward of course)

    Thanks for bringin this one up ... I gotta take a vacation and get caught up on some sorely missed food.

    Ranch and Tiger Sauce... the stuff Johnny Trigg uses on his ribs. It is sold at Kroger and is next to the hot sauces and such.

    Hush Puppies


    1 cup yellow cornmeal
    3/4 cup self-rising flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon sugar

    3 flat bottom dishes

    Dish 1 – KK flour mix
    Dish 2 - egg and beer mix
    Dish 3 – more KK flour mix
    Cut veggies dust in dish 1… then dip in dish 2… then coatgood in dish 3… straight to the oil
