Default The start of day 2

I started a brisket last night then this morning put on some St Louis style ribs, babybacks, a fatty and some abt's. Here's the starting pics. I'll post final pics in a bit.

    Ribs/babybacks

    Brisket last night

Fatty made with chorizo, jalapeno, pablona, orange bell pepper, onion, cheddar and mozzarella cheese

ABT' s stuffed with chuck eye steak, mozzarella and a little Montreal steak seasoning

It's all due to come off in about an hour. Potato salad, baked beans and spinach salad are ready to go. Pics later

Here ya go! I had an epic fail with the fatty. I put it on the bottom shelf of the smoker and when I tried to move it, it disintegrated, lol! Oh well, the rest turned out pretty well.
