    Default Wish me luck please

    I am doing my 1st double book catering gig tomorrow… Heck I am still new so my mind is going NUT’s right now…. But dang this isFUN!!!

    Gig 1 – will serve 80 adults for awedding shower at 7:00.

    Menu (I will serve this one myself)

    - Brisket, BBQ Pulled Chicken, MOINK ball’s, SlowSmoked BBQ Beans, Jalapeno Cheddar Corn Bread and Slaw

    Gig 2 –will serve 4 adults and 7kids to be picked up at 3:30

    Menu (Friends and Neighbors)

    - Pulled Pork, Sliced Pork and Slow Smoked Beans
    Proud member of a drinking club
    with a BBQ problem

    Yea the client has an open bar as well
    This is Good Money.. I have booked anouther gig from the father off of this gig for his office is in for this fall
