At some point tonight ... after doing the family stuff ... I'll have a brisket in the smoke. Finally after a long hiatus from the smoker due to work.

I have a craving for a pulled pork sammy but don't have any leftover PP. Was thinking of getting some CSRs and then foiling around 160 till they fall apart. Should this work, anybody ever try it?

I smell the tar in the roads cooking. It's too hot here to cook until after dark, and even then near 100. I may try to grill a couple burgers tonight.
