    Default Mahi-Mahi and Crab Stuffed Shells

    I was feeling a little lazy tonight, so I only took 1 pic to bore ya with.

    Mahi-Mahi fillets that were marinated in white wine with ginger marinade. They were basted with melted buter w/lime juice and sprinkled with fresh cracked black pepper. The clam shells were stuffed with a crab meat stuffing. The fillets and the shells were cooked in the Keg at 500°.
    The sauce is made with heavy cream & butter, then I melted some shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese in to the cream and butter. Once that was all melted and thickened, I added some chopped cooked shrimp and a small amount of blue cheese. I didn't let the blue cheese completely melt, Only soften and left lumpy. Then it all was garnished with chopped green onion.

    MmmMmm good.
