Default Taste Of The Ozarks Apple Pie

    Ozark Hillbilly Apple Pie

1 gallon Apple Cider (fresh is best)
375 ml (8 oz) Everclear Pure Grain Alcohol (get some moonsh...tuff if you can)
375 ml (8 oz) Hot Damn 100 (100 proof cinnamon schnapps)
375 ml (8 oz) Applejack (apple brandy)
    4 oz. brandy
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon

    1 tsp. Apple Pie Spice

Combine ingredients (except booze). Stir well to dissolve sugar (you may have to heat it a bit).

Add the booze after it is room temp or slightly chilled.

Best served cold, at room temp. or barely warmed. Just shut up and drink. Be careful, it is very sneaky.
Makes about 10 pints. I put a cinnamon stick in each Mason Jar.
    Keep refrigerated.

A FooFoo for the ladies, add one shot to a jigger, put some RediWhip on top then a sprinkle of cinnamon or apple pie spice.
    Talk about "Girls Gone Wild".
Tequila ain't got nothin' on this, it just makes things fall off.
Sorry can't post those pics. But I can these.

Been Making a version of that for 10 years, Be careful, it causes amnesia, loss of will power and may cause pregnancy. Also make a toned down version with a 2 liter bottle of vodka. There are some states where Everclear cannot be sold. it has more warnings on the bottle than rat poison.

Going to have to try this. Growing up I spent my summers at mile marker 38 on the Lake of the Ozarks. Guess that as good a reason as any.

, isn't that called pron? I don't have anything like that. You'll just have to take your own. LOL, Thanks.

Animal, then you know where I'm comin' from. Never had the "watered-down" version. But, I've had the "watered-up" version made with good ole MO Shine. I need to print your warning on a label.

jmcrig, let's see mm 38. Is that Party Cove? Enjoy.

I have no idea where I went when I was a Recruiter in Rolla. It was the Army Recreation Area

That stuff is real smooth and if your not careful it will sneak up on you. It doesn't taste like it has Everclear in it.

Now that sounds like it can hurt ya bad before ya ever know the damage is done . I spent some time riverside as a younger lad and there are some pretty wild things can go on when the killer mixers start flowing.

    Thanks for sharing the recipe
