    Default Cheese

I usually buy my cheese. I like the different flavors of gouda that Dofino has, particularly the smoked gouda w/ peppercorn.. mmm.

I'm heading back to the grocery in a few days.. Any recommendations?

    Wow....this started off weird....LOL

Anyway, we are serious cheese lovers around here. Some of the usuals are Camembert, Gorgonzola, Gouda, fresh Mozzarella, sharp cheddar, Havarti with/without dill, colby-jack, most any smoked (by us).

    Just go for it!

Would you recommend Saga's Gorgonzola and Camembert? Or what brand? Castello?

I love Dofino's Havarti w/ Dill - one of my personal favorites.

Saga Havarti is hands down the best Havarti in my book. Plain, with dill, and with basil, all top notch, but not real good for smoking.
