Default Poppers & Beans for our Potluck cookout

Found some pics from last months Potluck Cookout.

Pinquito beans almost done. Waiting for Brisket and Butt trims.

Poppers seeded, cored, and vented with toothpick.

Stuffed with Salami's, Sausages, Cheeses, and spices.

Bacon cap: When bacon is done, so will be the poppers.

Windy!!! Had to finish in the oven @325 degs. for app. 1 hr.

Photo Bucket made some changes so had to learn the posting of picks all over again. This was our first potluck this year. Have a few more scheduled on down the road. E.T.
