    Default Rib Half Pork Loin Cuts and Kraut

    Picked up 2 rib half pork loins today at 1.89 lb.
    Sawed through chine bone, and cut a couple nice chops.
    Decided to cook inside on this rainy evening.
    Cut off a hunk for dinner
    Ready for skillet.

    Simmerin' w/ bacon grease and Vidalia's
    Pork and Kraut
    Brussel Sprouts sauteeing with bacon grease and onion.
    Let's Eat!

    Nothing to complain about that dinner, looks great!!!!

    You had a GREAT meal oaksmoke. It's a shame those beauties couldn't have been kissed by the flame, but hey it all turned out.




    I haven't seen a Schlitz in years, but I haven't been looking either.
