    Default Bark $ Seafood Splash

Sorry I didn't get any picks, but I had two cooks on Saturday. Served pulled pork sandwiches for 80 at lunch. Since the pork was cooked on Thursday and reheated and pulled Saturday a.m. I was afraid of drying out a little. After it was all pulled and we put it back in a pan to hold for serving, I sprinked some of SmokyOkies "Bark" injection/marinade on it to keep it moist. It turned out very, very good; a big hit and the bark helped the flavor and moisture.

Saturday evening I fried up 5 lbs of crawfish tails and boiled 25 lbs of shrimp. The crawfish tails were seasoned with SmokyOkies "Seafood Splash". Another big hit. Great seasoning.

I definately will find more uses for these products.

Again, sorry for no pics but I wanted to rave about the Bark and the Seafood Splash.

Glad you enjoyed the products and that your cooks were successful.

    And thanks for the kudos.
