    Default Today's Brisket

    I smoked a brisket today. It's been in the fridge for a couple days, after a rub with Head Country and injection with beef consommé. Here's what I got so far:





    Turds! Oh well, might as well share.




    Stuffed with boudain.





    Crap!! No brisket pics yet! Well stay tuned. Comin' up!

    Maybe I should show the tater salad too. Naw, forgot pics; don't wanna get off my a$$. It was all forkin' good!
