    Default wedding rehearsal

My mom got married last weekend so I cooked two pork butts and a brisket and a chuck roast for the rehearsal dinner. I used pecan and cherry wood to smoke them in.

You seem as though you must have had a good teacher(s).

Quite the good son you are!

And quite the lucky mom she is as well!

Looks great!!!! Could anybody concentrate during the rehearsal or was the smell of that great food too distracting?

Kinda nice to get to enjoy the grub without having to cook it once in a while isn't it.
