    Default Drum Smoker Photo Gallery!!!

    I checked out another website, and they had a drum smoker photo gallery thread, just pictures, not alot of talk. I dont have one done yet, but as soon as i do, pics will be posted. Photos are great inspiration. What ya think?

    It's basically a fan that goes into the 3/4" ball valve at the bottom of a drum(for this application), it has a pit probe and a food probe for temps and a controller that reads off the pit probe to control the fan. Bottom line is ROCK STEADY temp.

    I followed truckstuffmike's build and saw how easy he had it with the BBQ Guru that I have bought one and have the second on order awaiting a big fan so I can fine tune my rebuilt stick burner Ruby .
