    Default Central Pa

    Hello.
    New here.
    Old at cooking.
I am rather new to BBQ, compared to those that were NOT raised thinking bbq was hamburger in a red tomato sauce served on a roll. Then the parents moved to Fayetteville NC and when I ordered a BBQ sandwich, they gave me pork. What a shock.
My education in BBQ in the last fifteen years has been fun, ongoing and produced big smiles from me (happy wife).
Wife doesn't like smoked meat, and I started out throwing out meat that I wouldn't eat or feed the dog. She now eats my pulled pork, ribs, etc. and won't eat BBQ out because "it won't be as good as what you make". (I have her under my spell!)
Have a one of a kind wife. She has said many times to me, "if you want it, go buy it". That has resulted in a 3 car garage with no room for a car.
So my latest want, an Extended Party, is on order. I can make room for that in my garage!
Will eat for free....go ahead and ask.

    Welcome to the forum Steve.

As to having her under your spell, you are a lot more likely to keep her with good Q than with good looks.

What all did you get on your Ext. Party? Did you get a Guru for it yet?

    Welcome to the Joint, Steve!
From what I've heard, you'll love that Extended Party. I think a few guys here have one too.
Sounds like a one of a kind wife you have there!
I look forward to your input here!

Good looks - naww. But we go ballroom dancing so I am KING at my castle.

Ext. PARTY - Ordered the works. I have my Guru II that I bought three years ago and move it from Ok Joe offset to my 22" Weber. I am planning a trip in the next week or so to their home office in Philly to get my adapter. (Maybe steal a few recipes while I'm there.)
