DONE......chicken and ribs....mm mm good and GONE

    very tender and moist

NOW for the FATTYS, well they turned out great...gotta tell ya, the pizza one is little greasy due to the pepperoni and the cheese was spread all over the fatty. Next time I am going to use less pepperoni and get the mozzerella and parmesan cheese in long thick type (like string cheese) slices so they stay together, will enhance the cook and eliminate a lot of excess grease running thru the meat.

the bkfst fatty is AWESOME, bacon, eggs, onions, 5 mexican cheese.
Really hit that one out of the park.

    Smokinnettes.

i am full, tired and ready to watch PBR...

OK, that's 2 breakfast fatties so far. I'm feeling like a piker for not trying one, yet.

Everything looks great! Love the Smokinettes! Start 'em young!

Looks like you did a fine job ST. Those ribs look great and the two little smokinnettes seem to be giving the approval. I'd give a pair of and maybe even 4 stars (5 if you'd left the chicken out, I'm not a huge poultry fan)
