    You need to either buy a Weber rotisserie kit (comes with the ring), or have the local sheet metal shop roll an aluminum ring and then cut out the necessary notches for the spit , then mount the motor mount.

    I use an EZ QUE ring and have taped it in place with hit temp HVAC metal duct tape. You can also drill holes in the side of your drum near the top and then thread the spit through it.

    Bear in mind, you will also need to buy a universal rotisserie motor and spit.
