    the ol lady is out of town the kids and i were walkin around the store thinking about diner i came across this. i know its not real sourdough but i wanted some practice.

    "Real" or not, I'd take a loaf or 2 for sure. Loves me some homemade bread.

    I would tear that up! I've made that "kit" many times and it's good. I bet it's even better cooked like you did it!
