    This is my first attempt at a ribeye roast.



    Rubbed and ready to go!



    Just off the smoker.

    What temp did you take it to? Looks like it's done just right.

    Thank you for the kind words. I can always use tips,Tim. I cooked it to 135 internal temp. Joe as always I saved you a slice, so come on and get it.

    Watch Joe, you know how he is around prime.

    Folks, what a lot of you don't know is that Mike is a "smoker in the makin'", just geting started. He has a drum. And he's gonna be a good one. He did some good pulled pork at The Last Fling 'til Spring.
