    Default These spares are peculiar.

I had got these spares awhile back. I froze them after a meat shopping quest as soon as I got home.
After thawing them I open em up to proceed with the rub.

I flipped them over to remove the membrane when I noticed something real peculiar about them.

There wasn't much bone and a lot of meat. Then I noticed the size of the bones. These look like baby baacks cut like a spares.

Either way they look really good and I'm going to eat them like there's no tomorrow!

Nice looking ribs there Jeremy. Don't want to burst your bubble, but to me the look like the spares I get quit a bit. In the first pic the upper left corner of the ribs sure looks like the breast bone to me. They sure look like some nice meaty ribs though. Hope they taste as good as they look. Steve

I don't know what the actual temp is, but it cooks the way I want it to, so I don't guess it really matters.
