    Default small tri-tip on my red ss performer

    tri's are hard to find here in alabama but i have a butcher who cuts them for me... here goes....

    first i had to choose which bag of k!!



    then on to the grill



    then cut up



    plated with corn on the cob and taters...

    Nice plate'o'grub!

    I also like the spout on your gas can. I used to use them until they came out with these darned self venting spouts. You can't use that type of spout on the new type of can.

    All looks wunnerful! Tell us about the potato, that looks interesting.

    I do Tri Tip indirect now, you might try that sometime. I am never going back!
