    Default Just found you

A fellow member at the Virtual Weber BBQ forum said that this was one of his favorites, so I decided to see what was here.

I have been using my 18.5 WSM since last March. Have done a couple Comps and generally BBQ at least once a week if not more. I have been cooking for myself and my family since about 7 yrs old. I have some formal training in Fine foods and am a Calif. certified food handler. If I had the money I would be entering a lot of comps but as it is I will have to limit my participation as funds permit. Besides the WSM, I use a 22" Weber kettle 3 wheel. AM looking for a used WSM to go with my 1st. 4 meats at KCBS comps requires more cooking space and it all has to fit in my 86' 4 runner.

Looking forward to making your aquaintance.

Welcome to The Joint Mark! I hope we live up to your expectations.

If you win the comps you make money, so you might just think about entry fees as an investment.

If you have a 2" receiver on your vehicle, I can get you a Backwoods Fatboy that slides into it.

. So are you the type of Californian that is going to attempt to convince us that grilled tofu with sprouts is something we should all try?
