Default Scratch Made Pizza Pizza :)

Evey thing is scratch made, I am just waiting on the panchetta to cure. ( Pics coming for the panchetta )

Any hoo folks love my pizza so much they told me I got to make 2 from now on.

    And here they are.

The crust is the crust I've been making on my other pizza thread "I shared the recipe"
I've pre baked the crust for 4 minutes. ( And added my homemade sauce )

Homemade sauce ( I've also posted this recipe.. )

    Sauced.

Topping's added. ( Roasted all my toppings )

Cheesed the pizza with 2 white cheeses, Mozzy and Provolone.

Baked them both at 15 minutes.

Up close, Yeah yeah I know I didn't kneed it enough.

    And
I didn't claw my way up the food chain just to eat vegetables

    WOW!

That looks great Derek! Have you ever taken them outside to cook them over a fire or in a smoker? It adds a whole new dimension of flavor and level of satisfaction.

Keep these things comin buster - Looks super!

DAaaaaaam that is looking very tasty! I could hurt that real bad! You gettin better keep it up.
If you re doing them on the grill you need a Pizza Stone, Biuld a huge fire in the grill open the intake WFO and preheat the stone for 30 min. Add a "small piece of wood" like the stuff your sportin followed by Pizza on cook 4-7 min Pizza off. Slightly smoky and oh so good!
Be kind to me, it's not my fault I'm a "PORK-A-HOLIC"!!
