    Default Chicken Dinner with the works

    Everything you see here I've made from scratch except the meat.



    The mirepoix



    3 T Flour shifted into the mirepoix


    Homemade chicken stock bay leaf 1 garlic clove minced


    Set on simmer for 30 minutes.


    Half teaspoon of hot sauce added for flavor.


    1 T of white pepper.

    1 T of real red wine.



    1 cup of heavy cream.


    What it looks like before the cheese is added.


    After the cheese is added ( 10 oz of shredded cheese )


    Wings


    Chicken Stock.


    Seasoned the stock.
    just a dash of each.


    3 bay's


    &
    The stock. with apple cider vinegar. ( a cap full of the stuff was added )


    Foiled and is in a dedicated fridge for meats.


    Grannies dinner rolls, Brandid as you can see :P

    More photo's as I promised.

    Here's the rest of the photo's as promised.

    Dinner rolls are done.


    Chicken Wing brine ( No salt )


    Rubbed with Derek's Kick *** farking smoke'n Rib rub.


    Sat on the counter for a few minutes while the smoker got up to temp.


    Fully seasoned.


    On the smoker at 400.f


    Sauced with The Bone Sucking Sauce.


    Mac & cheese soup done.


    Turned and sauced again.


    Let rest 15 minutes before eating ( sauced again )


    The meal was a HUGE SUCCESS.

    I don't know what the actual temp is, but it cooks the way I want it to, so I don't guess it really matters.

    Oh hell yea I'd hit that harder than George Foreman at an A&$ kickin. That is some "Good" Hot sauce I live on it like a Heroine Addict on China White.

    Thanks Baseman, It was really tasty as heck.

    These wings were 1000x times better then my Silver lake bbq wings...
