    Default Sausage Patty Size

I am getting ready to make some venison breakfast sausage. When making your breakfast sausage patties how do you keep them all the same size? Is there some kind of press you can use and if you have tried and tested recipes I would like to hear of them.

Pack it into tube bags, then just slice the bag and sausage all at once. the slices will all be the same diameter.
If you don't know where to get the bags, I bet your local butcher has some.

3 ways come to mind take your pick:
    use a hamberger press

use the lid off the Mayonaise jar lined with cling wrap

place a pound or two on a sheet of plastic wrap form a log. roll the cling wrap along the counter top holding the ends to tighten the log. freeze it for 30 min then slice it into patties of the desired thickness.
Be kind to me, it's not my fault I'm a "PORK-A-HOLIC"!!
