    Default Chicken Breasts on Wood Fire

    Chicken breasts on a Wood Fire (Oak & Hickory) in the back yard. No charcoal.
    Pepper and McCormick GrillMates Chicken seasoning.

    Basted with Kraft Light Balsamic Vinegrette dressing.
    Chicken is almost done. Picture is fuzzy because of the wood smoke.

    I wanna see that contraption that allows you to raise and lower the grates over the fire, looks pretty cool!!!

    It's just a chain with a hook.
    Actually it's part of a tripod I use for the Dutch Oven.
    Am looking to make something more better someday.
    Soon as I figger out how.
