Default Some Ham and Cheese ABT's

Well we decided to make some ABT's for the NFL games today. The wife aka "Pork Puller" cored tha jalapeņos and the set down to watch some of the Saint's loss against Cleveland.

She inadvertently touched her finger to her eye and it was ON. It was like she had been maced. We started the eye flush immediately. We got that fixed but the skin around her eyes was still irritated.

We used vanilla extract on a cotton ball to cure it. Just an FYI for anyone that finds themselves in a similar situation, it works.

Here are the pic's for some hard fought ABT's. On top of that, my Saints AND LSU Tigers lost this weekend.

    Here's the bright spot:

    The Victims:

The Prep: Thin sliced ham at bottom topped with cheese cube.

The result. I've eaten 5 so far...eating: Mighty Fine:

    They turned out GREAT!

    A question for you Pro's...

    1. Here in Louisiana the wife is still finding huge jalapeņos at market. I thought pepper season was almost over. What up?

Thanks for looking and any and all input.

Thanks for the replies. My wife picked up that pepper shaped ABT cooker at a Bed Bath and Beyond store. It was cheap but works well.

    Thank You cowgirl.

She was looking like Alice Cooper there for awhile what with her mass-Scarya running and all but after it was over and a margarita all was right with the world again.
