    Default Semi in the kitchen Flour tortilla's with Rib trimming meat Mexican pizza's

    Here's what I'm cooking on the grill tonight for dinner.

    Flour tortilla's


    Ball form.


    Ready to be flatten, I forgot to take pictures of the flatten ones, I will later this evening.

    Don't mind him ... he's a dirt turd. Probably thought it was some kind of plow disk or something. He don't get away from the pharm much and it's all he knows

    I am using Lard, That's what it calls for in the recipe. BigAl, I'll give you that recipe if you really like to try some?

    I agree Smoky, However when you got it for "free" Any color is good you know?

    I perfer black and get window klings "flames" like Alton Brown has.

    I always press the corn tortillas and roll the flour ones, But that is just those regressive genes ( you Know the ones that need a towel )talking.
    Best flour tortillas are made with lard and White Wings Flour.

    White Wings flour BluDawg?

    Anyhoo, Here's the rest of the cook!

    The meat marination package!

    How I put it on the grill.


    The comel.


    The comel smoking and getting hot for the flour tortilla's


    My little flour tortilla's


    Meat is on the grill, and the first flour tortilla is on the grill.


    Final result, They were good, but I need to flatten them out more.


    The meat halfway done.


    Meat done.


    A really bad mesen en place.
