    Default New guy from Virginia

    Greetings All,

    I just found this site, love it. Been smoking for a few years now. Mostly at home/family events, cigar club and work related.a

    I've been through the "normal" progression: kettle, gas grill with smoke box, ECB, square ECB, Weber Kettle, Char-griller (for a week) and now 18.5 WSM.

    My next feat will be the purchase of a good, economical trailer pit.

    Welcome to the Joint!
    Sounds like you need to look into the wonder that is the UDS.
    You'll throw all those other smokers away.

    Thanks. The UDS may be in the cards for a project next summer. There are a few places in DC where I can grab a food grade barrel. Right now I want something to pull behind the F150...
