    Default AT the ROYAL -

We were getting set up. Glanced to the front of the site and saw a familiar trailer pulled by a big red pickup backing into the adjacent site -
Old friends Caveman Cuisine!!! They did REALLY well at the ROYAL last year. Did our howdy's, will talk more later, we were all busy.
We made a run and picked up 10 slabs of ribs, hit Oklahoma Joes for lunch, then the Barbecue Store next door, then a quick hit on Sam's Club and back to the ROYAL.
Guy at Bichlemeyer's Meats has a bargain mid-size used American Barbecue Systems smoker with rotiss. for sale - $2000. $3500 new. No way I could do it. But..... it's there if anyone is interested.

We need to get our TQJ buddies to go in front of the camera for a group stillshot...that would be too funny, just no flashing Mike!

For those who don't know, that's BBQ Bull (mike) on the left and our very own Peculiar Mike in the middle with the wheat beer.

Thanks Brian! Pretty wiped after two contests back to back. Wanted to get the pictures posted and just ran out of steam!
