    Default Beef kabobs

Broke out the Firewire skewers and did some kabobs

Veggies tossed in some Italian dressing. Celery, onions, carrots

Along with some mushrooms and green peppers

    Almost forgot the zucchini

A couple of Sirloins cubed up and marinaded in some Stubbs beef marinade

    Everything tossed together

Loaf of Ciabatta bread with some herbed garlic butter

    added some cheese

Nice and crusty on the outside and soft on the inside

    Plated. Thanks for looking!!!

I'm still waiting for an invite (and a plane ticket)

I gotta know, does food spin on the fire wire like it does on narrow skewers?

Some things do spin but not nearly as bad as regular skewers.

I like the grill basket. I think it is the same as mine. does it have a handle that hooks on the edge, and an uneven number of holes from side to side? I mean to where the handle can't go in the very center.

I've been using these little kabob shaped baskets lately. I love 'em. cherry maters don't even fall off.

Mine has two attached handles. I picked it up at Home Depot last year.

Put two of them through, one at each end of the item to be grilled. No spin at all that way. I do that with regular skewers too.
I am in shape. Round is a shape.
