Default Drummed up some "country style" pork

Again, camping with friends at Bucksaw Park on Truman Lake, MO. Smoked a bunch of country style pork on the SDS Drum Smoker, then tossed them on a hot grill and basted with Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce.
They went over real well. Here is a quick pic of part of them just off the grill before the wolves dug in.

Looks like you had better timing with the pics this time! Got one *before* the food disappeared.

Great country ribs, Mike! That drum's really getting a workout on this camping trip.

Gotta watch them wolves when you're camping - they come out of no where.

    Good looking stuff buster

I don't know what the actual temp is, but it cooks the way I want it to, so I don't guess it really matters.

Old pesticide drum I found laying around back of a factory. Hosed it out and fixed it up. Smokes real good! Flavor is great!
May try some comps. with it.

Why, that's no smoker - that's a SKILLET! Where are you from???
It was what was offered up by the wife to put the pork in as it came off the drum.
If your wife offered up a skillet you would use it too.
