    Default Last Fling 'til Spring

    Looking at doing the Last Fling 'til Spring get together the last weekend in OCTOBER - Oct. 29-30 - at Stockton State Park, West Campground, Stockton Lake, MO.
    Motel & camping (elect., water, showerhouse) available

    This is not cast in stone, just throwing the dates out there to gauge interest.

    We had a GREAT time and some fine grub last year.

    Any interest???

    Chargrilled and I talked about this at the Valpo event. Hope they are still planning on making it out.

    I've already been thinking of a few items that are smoked and then deep fried before serving. :-)

    Smoked then fried - what could be wrong with that? Can we put cheese and bacon on it when it's done?

    LOL.... The little Bitterballen I did were pretty tasty so I'm going to expand my horizon's. :-)

    Oh and by the way... I asked my mother about Bitterballen and she said it basically means it's an appetizer to be eaten with a cocktail. Go figure. That's what we did :-)
