    Default Salisbury steak

I don't remember who it was, but somebody posted Salisbury steak the other night.

We had some left over sliced shrooms and some graounds beef, nd If not for their post, I would neve have thought od Salisbury steak, but I did.

I always like to grill mine, then simmer in gravy, and mushroom and onion gravy is always good. so that's what I did.

Then garlic whipped taters and corn go well with that as well.

Here's what we ended up with:

    True comfort food.

Whoever made the post, thank you.

Great looking plate of comfort food. I haven't had mashed potatoes with gravy and corn in so long.

That looks fabulous. Last time I had salisbury steak was probably in the high school cafeteria, some 35 years ago....
