Default Lasagna Big Green Egg Style

Well with the with the girls starting school this week and getting ready for the JOS cooking class this weekend I wanted to make something to last a few days. So I made nice classic red sauce lasagna with ground chuck and Italian sausage topped with 4 types of cheese and fresh basil.

    Thanks for looking

Is that a Mario Batali lasagna pan? If so, I have its twin.

I searched for years for a pan like that...and then to find it in porcelain coated cast iron I was walkin' on air.

Yours looks to be a little more brown to me. I think maybe mine is a little more red.

I wouldn't trade it for the world.
