    Nice set up there Derek! What else have you got hiding under the cover there?

    That OS AW-131 is the wireless of choice. I have a few of them.

    BTW- Why not stop in at the "C'mon in and sit down" forum and give yourself a proper intro?

    Thanks to my friends over at Glbbqa.com they got me all hooked up on the right gear to own, and they taught me how to bbq properly!

    Do you have a Thermapen yet? If not, I have one left from my last batch. Who steered you to the AW-131?

    I do, It's a grill pro thermo pen, It does good, but not great.


    BBQ Grail did on his face book page, I read his review, And I had money saved for a talking thermometer.

    I had the weber style thermometer that looked like this but I needed something that went past 205*F
