    Default Grilled Bacon

I never imagined something so simple could be so satisfying on so many levels. I gotta do this to start off every weekend right from now on.

I've done that many times and it is soooooo good for your senses, not to mention Bacon is it's own food group and should be given the very best of treatments.

For a variation, sprinkle it with brown sugar and graound chilis ( or cayenne) and let it macerate for a while before you cook it.
