    Default Hi from Texas

I'm new to the Q Joint and have to say it's become one of my favorite bbq sites. I've been into grilling and barbecueing for the last 5 years, the last 3 very serious. I started a team 3 years ago much to my wife's dismay. I just wanted to say hi to everyone.

Welcome to the Joint. Many great folks here. Enjoy yourself, ask questions, and by all means post some pics of your cooks.
