    Thank you Savanah, and be sure to thank your Mrs for me! That's quite a compliment! I didn't take the best notes on this smoke but I started the ham out at 275 and brought it up to 150 (internal temperature) then added the skillet of onions... after some of the liquid in the onions had evaporated I kicked the Pro up to 325 and added the biscuits..then cooked them til light brown.
    The whole cook took about 7 hours...

    I will try to keep better records next time.
