Default Hello from western West Virginia

Just found this site a couple days ago, don't remember how. Been doing a lot of dutch oven cooking, some campfire cooking and now getting into some Qing. Travel a lot and have eaten in some fine Q places. But want to do my own. Got to get geared up for it. And perfect a couple receipes that I got. Reading the post to learn. Make some wicked meals in a dutch oven, I do. Maybe I can do the same Qing. Had a receipe given to me for sause, described as better than sex. I got to try that one for sure. Thanks for the welcome.

Howdy, Gunswinger! Welcome to the Joint!

Don't be afraid to ask questions 'round here. We got a lot of folks who're full of advice. And we love pics, so please post often.

BTW, pics and post of your campfire and dutch oven cooks are more than OK. We'd love to know more about those.
