    Hay gang can you help mine is just not all that great… can Ya help a bother out on a GOOD recipe????

    Cold smoked brined fish like Nova lox is good whipped into cream cheese for a base.

    Looks like a most excellent recipe. Depending on whether you are going to dip veggies or crackers, you might want to add a little vegetation such as minced onion or celery. I also like the garlic idea.

    You might even consider running the salmon through the food processor for a spin or two.

    Flake it apart good, and mix it with a tub of french onion chip dip, 8oz thing of regular yogurt, tsp of lemon juice, salt, cbp, and a couple of sprigs of fresh dill chopped up.
    22 inch weber
    20 cubic foot homebuilt smoker
    turkey fryer
    coleman stove
    If it burns, I can cook with it.
