Default Mero a la Parrilla con Mojo de Ajo

OK then Rilled grouper in garlic.

I ran by the local Asian market Sunday because we were out that way. they had some very fresh grouper, and at a really good price, so I had them hack me off a chunk of it. I brought it home and pulled two really nice thick steaks off the chunk and put them in a marinade of olive oil and garlic overnight.

Just before grilling, I drained them off and added a little slot and pecker, then on to a very hot grill they went.
I did another round of grilled Blues Hog cabbage ( I just can't seem to get enough of it) and the Okette did some circle taters with sweet red pepper, onion and jalapeņo. Oh yeah, and as always, I can;t eat grilled grouper w/o garlic butter (well, at least I have never tried to)

I can't even begin to describe how good the grouper was. The rest was most excellent, but the grouper was at least one notch above that.

    Thanx for checking it out.

I don't know what the actual temp is, but it cooks the way I want it to, so I don't guess it really matters.
