    Default Another post on Dutchs

Good base for beans, imho. Here are mine for today, I doubled the recipe. I also leave out the ground mustard and jalap's and just use cayenne to taste. This time I had one smoked sausage/kalbasa(sp?), one smoked head of garlic, about 1/2# of smoked rib trim's, 3/4# smoked bacon, 3/4# fried bacon, and 1 pkg baby bella's. Didn't add the strip steaks this time, looked plenty full. I also use 1/2 ketchup and 1/2 bbq sauce, crushed pineapple w/juice.

    Well here they are.

Shoot Jason, them ain't Dutch's beans. That right there is a whole new recipe that I'll just call BigAl's Bean Stew.

That's a friggin event in itself. Excellent job stud. Thanks for sharing your recipe and pics.
