    Default Burritos on the campfire

I made some breakfast burritos during that last campout...
they are so easy and everyone can serve themselves.

Browned some sausage and fried potatoes with onions and garlic...

scooted the fried potatoes over and scrambled a few eggs...

mixed the tatoes and eggs, then seasoned them..

    heated some tortillas...

topped mine with cheese and salsa before rolling...

Thanks for checking out another campfire meal....

You did em up just right Jeanie. Love em and yours looks great.

BTW if you're puttin two things together like that it ain't 'scooted' it's 'scootched' as in "I scootched them taters over and scrambled some eggs next to em

You can scootch them taters and eggs for me any time sweetie.
