    Default New in Maine

Hi, my name is Cliff and I've been learning about and cooking BBQ for 4 years. I found a link to this forum yesterday, looked around for about 30 mins and decided that I can enjoy and learn something from eveyone on here.
I currently cook on a CharGriller with SFB and a Weber kettle grill.
My favorite BBQ to cook is ribs and my favorite to eat is all of it.
I look forward to getting to know everyone.
