Default Grilled pork chops and pineapple

    Yum!

Foiled and grilled a few sweet potatoes.

Mixed olive oil, vanilla, allspice, cinnamon, and marinated the pineapple slices. Then cooked over medium high grill glazing with the marinade about 20 minutes.

Used some Plowboys Bovine Bold on the chops and basted with the pineapple glaze while cooking using indirect heat and then a nice brown at the end.

    And plated.

Flavors were to die for, some of the best BBQ all year so far. You gotta try this with pineapple!

Looks great, I've done the pineapple grilled with a quick olive oil bast and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar, kids loved them! But yours look a whole lot better and sound tastier. Chops look fantastic! Just one more meal to add to my must do list! Thanks for posting it!
