    Default 9,500 lb. Stick Burner

This is an off set stick burner built in March of 2010 in our shop. It was built primarely to cook for the Little League in our area. Now I have started cooking in compitition. The pit does real well as far as holding uniform heat thru out the horizional chamber. As you can see it was built for reverse flow cooking. The pit has hydralic wing roof openers and a electric pit door opener.
I am adding a sink, water tank, grey water tank and 12 volt demand pump. Also putting a Backwoods or Stumps smoker on the trailer also.
Let me know what you guys think about it.

Now that's a stick burner. Nice set up for sure. I see ya like a good cigar too. Good luck in the competitions. Bring more pics when you get everything added and some comp pics if you have the time.

Dang, I want my kid on your lil league team.....

Do you really need a rig like that for comps? I'd prolly show up with my WSM clone strapped in to a trailer that is an old pickup truck cut in half.

That is quite a rig for sure. Should be able to feed an army of little leaguers. Wonder how many hot dogs that baby could turn out in an hour.????? Please remember to show us pictures of the finished project. GOOD LUCK and for sharing your pictures. We LOVE pictures.
