I see lots of BBQ in your future. What are you going to make first on your new smoker?

Congratulations on your new UDS. Take pictures of your first smoke as we all want to see. I am sure you will have many, many great smokes on that baby in the years to come. I do not know how I lived without mine.

Nice looking smoker. I'm sure there will be lots of great Q coming from that machine. Don't be bashful with the pix.
I picked up a barrel about a year ago and every time I see a thread like yours, I'm tempted to get on with putting mine together. It's just a little hard to get motivated when I've already got a stainless GOSM, a regular (small) GOSM, an ECB and a charcoal Weber. But who knows, a person should never have too many smokers ..... right? There are a lot of smokers out there and most of them really nice. But all things considered, the UDS still seems to me to be one of if not the most practical of all. Congratulations on your new smoker.
