    Default Hello from West Virginia

New member here from West Virginia ... found out about the Q Joint from SmokyOkie at my local haunt ... .

I use the following equipment ...

    Jenn-Air 75K 720-0165 LP
BBQ Grillware 20K Verticle Smoker LP
Quest Ultra-Sear Table Top IR Grill LP

Today I'm trying to use my 720-0165 to "low and slow" cook and smoke a couple of pork butts ... using the rotisserie spit. I'd post some pictures ... but I have to figure out how to do that here. You can see them here if you are interested ...

Hey BG! I recently signed up on here too, over on the other forum my username is Randy D (I use Pork N Stein on here and on the BGE forum but keep forgetting to update it on BQSF). Great to see you over here too!

Hope the pork came out the way you wanted!

Thanks for the welcome all ... I'll get the picture thing working, have never had the need to place my pictures on an off-site host.

    Will post soon ...

I think I saw an Oregon Scientific AW-131 in your pix. That tells me you're a man of good taste. And the way you hung the transmitter on the spit was ingenious.

    Welcome to The Joint!
